For this single floor extension located in Sydenham Lewisham, PRG Extensions was instructed from the client to build a contemporary living space which provided the modern conveniences however still respected the heritage of the property to provide a connected experience so we worked with Nathan Christopher to build a living space which worked as hub for multiple uses.
As the customer previously had a conservatory they where accustom to having lots of natural sunlight so they where very keen to preserve that benefit in the new build so they opted for two large roof lights and a full glass rear wall.
This allowed the room to create a ‘sun trap’ area whilst not creating a overall sauna experience.
Entertainment wise the client opted for SONOS ceiling speaker
